摘要: A number of ethnic minorities are being distributed in southwest China. Yunnan Province is an area inhabited by multi-ethnic groups. For a long time, the ethnic groups have been interacted by others in the cultural aspect, while retaining their own ethnic traditions. The performances of ethnic groups’ dwelling houses are similar as determined by natural and cultural elements of the same area. This paper mainly analyzes decisive factors behind similar appearances by the way of field research on two minorities, Nu ethnic group and Li-su ethnic group, in the Fugong county, Nujiang Li-su autonomous prefecture. Moreover, the paper tries to summarize the commonality and individuality of the minorities in order to provide useful theoretical reference for the minorities building of new socialist countryside in the future.

摘要:

为了缓解居民“看病难、看病贵”的问题,我们构建了“社区–医院”的二级医疗服务系统概念模型,并建立了患者偏好的函数模型和转诊机制,采用AnyLogic软件对系统进行建模,并以上海市嘉定区为例,通过引入实际案例数据展示了该模型如何用于探讨不同医疗合作模式和医疗改革政策,结果显示,提升基层医疗服务质量以及医保报销比例能够有效提升医疗服务系统的整体效率。

A review of intelligent optimization for group scheduling problems in cellular manufacturing

摘要: Given that group technology can reduce the changeover time of equipment, broaden the productivity, and enhance the flexibility of manufacturing, especially cellular manufacturing, group scheduling problems (GSPs) have elicited considerable attention in the academic and industry practical literature. There are two issues to be solved in GSPs: One is how to allocate groups into the production cells in view of major setup times between groups and the other is how to schedule jobs in each group. Although a number of studies on GSPs have been published, few integrated reviews have been conducted so far on considered problems with different constraints and their optimization methods. To this end, this study hopes to shorten the gap by reviewing the development of research and analyzing these problems. All literature is classified according to the number of objective functions, number of machines, and optimization algorithms. The classical mathematical models of single-machine, permutation, and distributed flowshop GSPs based on adjacent and position-based modeling methods, respectively, are also formulated. Last but not least, outlooks are given for outspread problems and problem algorithms for future research in the fields of group scheduling.

Preparation of ibuprofen/lipid composite microparticles by supercritical fluid technique

摘要: Using the CO- and N-assisted atomization processes, the production of ibuprofen/lipid composite microparticles is investigated, in which the lipid includes myristic acid and tripalmitin. The produced composite particles show similar morphology to that of the pure lipids obtained by the same process. In the case of the N-assisted process, the average size of composite particles is slightly larger than that of the pure lipid particles due to the difficulty of solidification when using N. In the case of the CO-assisted process, the average size of composite particles is slightly smaller than that of the pure myristic acid particles, but slightly larger than that of the pure tripalmitin particles. The dissolution study reveals that the drug release from the ibuprofen/myristic acid particles is enhanced in comparison with that of the unprocessed ibuprofen. For the particles produced by the N-assisted process, the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns clearly indicate the encapsulation of ibuprofen into myristic acid. The obtained ibuprofen/tripalmitin composite particles with 5% or 20% of ibuprofen (in mass) evidently show the controlled drug release: only about 20% of the drug is released in 500 min from the ibuprofen/tripalmitin composite particles consisting of 20% ibuprofen prepared by the CO-assisted process, and the same release is obtained from the ibuprofen/tripalmitin composite particles containing 5% ibuprofen prepared by the N-assisted process.

摘要: Research into plate elongation distribution between the tension leveler and temper mill for pickling line 2030 at Baosteel is conducted. The study, which involved performance testing of mechanics, is designed at different elongation distributions and analyzed from many aspects. Finally, the optimal elongation of the tension leveler and temper mill is given.

Emergence mechanisms of group consensus in social networks

摘要: Reaching consensus within larger social network groups has emerged as a pivotal concern in the digital age of connectivity. This article redefines group consensus as the emergence of collective intelligence resulting from self-organizing actions and interactions of individuals within a social network group. In our exploration of extant research on group consensus, we illuminate two frequently underestimated, yet noteworthy facets: Dynamism and emergence. In contrast to the conventional perspective of consensus as a mere outcome, we perceive it as an ongoing, dynamic process. This process encompasses self-organized communication and interaction among group members, collectively guiding the group towards cognitive convergence and viewpoint integration. Consequently, it is imperative to redirect our focus from the outcomes of group interactions to an examination of the relationships and processes underpinning consensus formation, thus elucidating the mechanisms responsible for the generation of group consensus. The amalgamation of cognitive contexts and accurate simplification of real-world scenarios for simulation and experimental analysis offers a pragmatic operational approach. This study contributes novel theoretical underpinnings and quantitative insights for establishing and sustaining group consensus within the realm of engineering management practices. Concurrently, it holds substantial importance for advancing the broader research landscape pertaining to social consensus.

广州市“单独二孩”登记群体特征分析

摘要:

目的:分析和预测生育政策调整对个体及社会带来的各种影响,及时防范这些影响可能导致的各种社会问题。方法:以广州市2 099对“单独二孩”登记夫妻群体为例,分析这一群体人口学等方面的特征。结果:符合“可生育二孩”政策的8万个家庭中受理申请者占26.7 %,有36.5 %的夫妇未确定生育第二胎的时间,35岁以上妇女占妇女总人数的15 %。结论:“单独二孩”政策的实施不会出现“人口暴增”现象,要特别注意高龄产妇生育风险的评估和保障。

Innovative development path of ethnomedicines: an overview of ethnomedicines in China

摘要:

In the long history of disease prevention and treatment, ancestral populations worldwide have gained knowledge and experiences in traditional medicines. For instance, ethnomedicines of Chinese ethnic minorities constitute an important part of traditional medicines. In our study, we firstly clarified the concept of ethnomedicines and the connotations of ethnopharmacology. The particularity of ethnomedicine research were then summed up, and the development profiles of the ethnomedicines of Chinese ethnic minorities were discussed by investigating the current status and existing problems. On this basis, we abstracted the innovative development path of ethnomedicines for the first time, which was found to follows:resource study → standardized development research → industrialization of the achievements and efforts for internationalization. We found that platform establishment and team training are keys to achieving innovative development. Hence, this study provided a basis for ethnomedicine development.

Identification of abnormal operating conditions and intelligent decision system

摘要:

In earth pressure balance (EPB) shield construction, the “plastic flow state” is difficult to form using the soil dug in the capsule because it can cause three abnormal operating conditions, including occlusion, caking in the capsule, and spewing at the outlet of the dump device. These abnormal operating conditions can, in turn, trigger failure in tunneling, cutter-device damage, and even catastrophic incidents, such as ground settlement. This present paper effectively integrates the mechanism of abnormal operating conditions and knowledge of soil conditioning, and establishes a uniform model of identifying abnormal conditions and intelligent decision support system based on the belief rule-base system. The model maximizes knowledge in improving the soil, construction experience, and data to optimize the model online. Finally, a numerical simulation with specific construction data is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Insight into the effect of surface carboxyl and amino groups on the adsorption of titanium dioxide for acid red G

摘要: In this study, TiO functionalized with organic groups were prepared to study the effect of carboxyl and amino groups on the adsorption behavior of TiO for the removal of acid red G (ARG) as an anionic dye from aqueous solution. TiO was successfully modified with carboxyl and amino groups by using the hydrolysis method with oxalic acid (OAD, with two carboxyl groups), ethylenediamine (EDA, with two amino groups) and DL-alanine (DLA, with one carboxyl group and one amino group) at low temperature (65 °C) and labeled as OAD-TiO , EDA-TiO and DLA-TiO , respectively. The ARG uptake by the functionalized TiO samples was largely dependent on the functional groups. The interaction between ARG and the functional organic groups on the TiO samples plays an important role in the adsorption process, which leads to the excellent adsorption performance (higher capacity and faster adsorption rate) of the functionalized TiO samples than that of P25 (commercial TiO without modification). Furthermore, there is no obvious loss of the adsorption capacity for the functionalized TiO even after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles, which indicated the good reusability of the modified TiO samples for anionic dye removal from aqueous solution.

Preparation of a novel anion exchange group modified hyper-crosslinked resin for the effective adsorption

摘要: A novel hyper-crosslinked resin (MENQ) modified with an anion exchange group was prepared using divinylbenzene (DVB) and methyl acrylate (MA) as comonomers via four steps: suspension polymerization, post-crosslinking, ammonolysis and alkylation reactions. The obtained resin had both a high specific surface area (793.34 m ·g ) and a large exchange capacity (strong base anion exchange capacity, SEC: 0.74 mmol·g , weak base anion exchange capacity, WEC: 0.45 mmol·g ). XAD-4 was selected as an adsorbent for comparison to investigate the adsorption behavior of tetracycline (TC) and humic acid (HA) onto the adsorbents. The results revealed that MENQ could effectively remove both TC and HA. The adsorption capacity of XAD-4 for TC was similar to that of MENQ, but XAD-4 exhibited poor performance for the adsorption of HA. The adsorption isotherms of TC and HA were well-fitted with the Freundlich model, which indicated the existence of heterogeneous adsorption through cation-π bonding and π–π interactions. The optimal solution condition for the adsorption of TC was at a pH of 5–6, whereas the adsorption of HA was enhanced with increasing pH of the solution.

Tribological mechanism of carbon group nanofluids on grinding interface under minimum quantity lubrication

摘要: Carbon group nanofluids can further improve the friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of minimum quantity lubrication (MQL). However, the formation mechanism of lubrication films generated by carbon group nanofluids on MQL grinding interfaces is not fully revealed due to lack of sufficient evidence. Here, molecular dynamic simulations for the abrasive grain/workpiece interface were conducted under nanofluid MQL, MQL, and dry grinding conditions. Three kinds of carbon group nanoparticles, i.e., nanodiamond (ND), carbon nanotube (CNT), and graphene nanosheet (GN), were taken as representative specimens. The [BMIM]BF4 ionic liquid was used as base fluid. The materials used as workpiece and abrasive grain were the single-crystal Ni–Fe–Cr series of Ni-based alloy and single-crystal cubic boron nitride (CBN), respectively. Tangential grinding force was used to evaluate the lubrication performance under the grinding conditions. The abrasive grain/workpiece contact states under the different grinding conditions were compared to reveal the formation mechanism of the lubrication film. Investigations showed the formation of a boundary lubrication film on the abrasive grain/workpiece interface under the MQL condition, with the ionic liquid molecules absorbing in the groove-like fractures on the grain wear’s flat face. The boundary lubrication film underwent a friction-reducing effect by reducing the abrasive grain/workpiece contact area. Under the nanofluid MQL condition, the carbon group nanoparticles further enhanced the tribological performance of the MQL technique that had benefited from their corresponding tribological behaviors on the abrasive grain/workpiece interface. The behaviors involved the rolling effect of ND, the rolling and sliding effects of CNT, and the interlayer shear effect of GN. Compared with the findings under the MQL condition, the tangential grinding forces could be further reduced by 8.5%, 12.0%, and 14.1% under the diamond, CNT, and graphene nanofluid MQL conditions, respectively.

MicroRNA-148b promotes proliferation of hair follicle cells by targeting

摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs), small non-coding RNAs, are involved in many aspects of biological processes. Previous studies have indicated that miRNAs are important for hair follicle development and growth. In our study, we found by qRT-PCR that miR-148b was significantly upregulated in sheep wool follicle bulbs in anagen phase compared with the telogen phase of the hair follicle cycle. Overexpression of miR-148b promoted proliferation of both HHDPC and HHGMC. By using the TOPFlash system we demonstrated that miR-148b could activate Wnt/β-catenin pathway and , , and were consistently upregulated accordingly. Furthermore, transcript factor nuclear factor of activated T cells type 5 ( ) and were predicted to be the target of miR-148b and this was substantiated using a Dual-Luciferase reporter system. Subsequently was further identified as the target of miR-148b using western blotting. These results were considered to indicate that miR-148b could activate the Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway by targeting to promote the proliferation of human hair follicle cells.

Evaluation of soil microbial toxicity of waste foundry sand for soil-related reuse

摘要: The relationship between the chemical contaminants and soil microbial toxicity of waste foundry sand (WFS) was investigated. Five different types of WFS from typical ferrous, aluminum, and steel foundries in China were examined for total metals, leachable metals, and organic contaminants. The soil microbial toxicity of each WFS was evaluated by measuring the dehydrogenase activity (DHA) of a blended soil and WFS mixture and then comparing it to that of unblended soil. The results show that the five WFSs had very different compositions of metal and organic contaminants and thus exhibited very different levels of soil microbial inhibition when blended with soil. For a given WFS blended with soil in the range of 10 wt.%–50 wt.% WFS, the DHA decreased almost linearly with increased blending ratio. Furthermore, for a given blending ratio, the WFSs with higher concentrations of metal and organic contaminants exhibited greater microbial toxicity. Correlation analysis shows that the relationship between ecotoxicity and metal and organic contaminants of WFSs can be described by an empirical logarithmic linear model. This model may be used to control WFS blending ratios in soil-related applications based on chemical analysis results to prevent significant inhibition of soil microbial activity.

Seismic behavior experimental study of frame joints with special-shaped column and dispersed steel bar beam

摘要: To overcome the problem that steel bars are put too close at a flame joint with special-shaped beam and column, mechanical performance of three groups of six RC flame joints with special-shaped (L, T and+) column and dispersed-steel bars-beam on the top floor under cyclic loads were studied. Experimental comparison was conducted between special-shaped (L, T and+) column and normal beams. The cracking load, yielding load, ultimate bearing capacity, failure patterns, and hysteretic properties at joint core area were investigated. The seismic behaviors of the joints with different proportions of dispersed-steel-bar beams were analyzed. The results of experimental analysis indicate that the mechanical and seismic behaviors of frame joints with T-shaped and+-shaped column are nearly not changed when suitable proportion steel bars are dispersed to flange plane. Stiffness degeneration of flame joint with L-shaped column is rather serious due to concrete damage stiffness. Theoretical result indicates that distributing area of the dispersed steel-bar beams in the flange plate should be strictly controlled to avoid anchor destroy.
